2 Dichroic Borosilicate Glass Square plates slumped and fire polished sp009

You are looking at 2 Beautiful dichroic borosilicate glass plates I slumped in my kiln and is fire polished for safe smooth edges

There are 2 distinctive qualities of dichroic glass in the industry
1st is transmitting light through the object as in 1st photo
2nd is light reflects off the surface as in 2nd photo

*Square plate is 6 1/4" from tip to tip
*Colors are ..
Top plate is Magenta
Bottom plate is yellow

*Just look at all the color shifts in the video
*Xtremely light weight and VERY strong as borosilicate is coe 33 same as Pyrex

Since they are fired and annealed in a kiln they could be considered food safe washable and strong glass wise
