Our products are made of glass. Glass is fragile and dangerous in itself. Though we rigorously test what we make to help avoid breakage, we cannot and will not be held responsible, nor can we offer refunds for, damages to yourself, other people, or your belongings as a result of how you handle the glass we send you. The materials we use in our products are either: semi precious, delicate, or tarnishable. Some, but not all, need to be maintained and cleaned periodically.
